Up on the house top click click click! This reindeer chow is a show stopping sweet treat for the holidays! This is the perfect snack for any holiday party, Christmas Day gathering or a New Year’s Eve. You are going to be the life of the party when you bring this into your next party!
What you’ll need!
1/3 of a stick of butter
1/3 of a cup of peanut butter
1 LB/16 ounces/1 bag of Semi Sweet Toll House Chocolate Morsels
1 Box of Corn Chex Cereal (can be the regular box or the family size depending on how much you want to make)
1 bag of powered sugar
Equipment: Crockpot, wooden spoon, 1 gallon zip lock bag and ladle with “strainer”
Reindeer Chow Step By Step
Step 1: Take the bag of of chocolate morsels, peanut butter, butter and add to the Crock Pot on Low Heat.
Step 2: Wait until everything is melted. Mix with wooden spoon.
Step 3: Once the mixture is melted completely, start mixing in the chex cereal little by little. Mix until chex is coated.
Step 4: Take Ziploc bag and pour powdered sugar into the bag. Add scoops of the coated Chex, shake the bag. Repeat until all Chex is coated in powdered sugar. Use a strainer or ladle to scoop out coated Chex.
Step 5: Add to a pretty Christmas bowl and serve to guests!
