Hello Pumpkin!
What brings me so much happiness are pumpkins – what brings even more happiness are pumpkin themed treats! I have two treats that I know you are going to want to do at your next halloween or fall themed party.
Jack-O-Lantern Floats
These Jack-O-Lantern Pumpkin drinks are refreshing and super fun to drink! I love anything pumpkin, so this was the perfect chance to make an orange drink!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 2 Liter Orange Fanta
1 Orange Sherbet
Clear Plastic Cups
Paper Straws (Halloween themed)
Black Sharpie
For the plastic cups, you want to draw on any kind of Jack-O-Lantern face! This is totally customizable. If you want them to look happy or scary, it’s up to you! I made mine happy Jack-O-Lanterns!
This is super simple to make! All you have to do is add the Fanta first, a little over half way. Add 2 scoops of orange sherbet into your Orange Fanta. Stick in the paper straw and there you have it!
If you don’t want sherbet, you can add vanilla ice cream as an alternative. These came out so cute! I cannot wait to make another one this weekend for my birthday.
Pumpkin Patch Brownies
These brownies are the best brownies I’ve ever made! Here’s what you’ll need:
1 Box Fudge Brownie Mix
1 Chocolate Fudge Icing
1 Bag of Mellow creme Pumpkins
Here’s what you’ll need for the pumpkin sign:
Popsicle Sticks (5-6 for each)
Black Marker
Glue Gun and Stick
To start, make your brownies using the instructions on the brownie mix box. While those are baking in the oven, you can make these adorable pumpkin farm signs! These signs are made from craft popsicle sticks. I lined up 5 in a row horizontal and used the glue gun to glue them all to another popsicle stick that will go in the brownie. I wrote Pumpkins 50 cents on them since we will be creating a pumpkin patch on the brownie square.
After the brownie has cooled, add the chocolate fudge layer on top. This will act as a glue for our mellow creme pumpkins. Cut the brownies in to big squares and add two pumpkins and your pumpkin sign! This is super cut treat to celebrate fall!
