Calling All My Fall Girl Bosses!

I shared this look in my blog recently on my birthday! I shared 25 facts about me! I featured one of my cutest girl boss looks yet! It was a super fun look, which is why I have to share all the details. Also, my mask is a DIY I made on my own!

Now this is not a typical look for me. I don’t think you’ve ever seen me in an actual body con skirt. This skirt I purchased back in January from Forever 21. It’s one of the only Forever 21 skirts I own because majority of the items do not fit me there. When I saw this skirt and tried it on months ago in New York, I knew that I would love it! It’s SO out of my comfort zone, but I rocked it! Also, this skirt is on sale for $6.99!!

When styling this outfit, I knew I wanted to have the theme of Halloween in my girl boss look. I found this bright burnt orange top from Walmart as the perfect top to pair with my black body con skirt.

One detail you can’t see in this look is the lettuce leaf pattern on the top. It took me back to my childhood when I saw this! Walmart really has stepped up with fashion game with tons of versatile pieces! I found a bundle with this orange shirt and a cream one for less than $16! It’s a deal y’all!

Let’s talk about the main event – the plaid gray blazer! This blazer is one of my most lover blazers in my closet. I remember scrolling through Instagram and Pinterest wanting a blazer just like this. I always thought I’d have to be on the hunt to find one of these because of the popularity and possibly the lack of plus size availability in stores.

Last year I found this beauty on the racks of Old Navy. I was completely shocked when finding out that I could fit into it! I remember the day I purchased it. It was the only thing I bought because the Old Navy I went to didn’t have a plus size section. The minute I tried that blazer on, it was love at first try on!

This blazer is the perfect fall blazer. It goes with almost any color and looks so classy. I styled this blazer three different ways on my Instagram, so click here to watch my video! The plaid blazer is so versatile and can be worn through the fall and is the perfect fashion staple to transition into the winter. It is a thick material and super cozy. It’s my favorite one I own!
