Happy 2025! I’m so excited to get started on blogging and kick off the year in a girl boss way!

If you know me, you know that girl bossing is my favorite thing! For the last year or so, I’ve been calling my productivity hour “Girl Boss Hour”, where I try to tackle things from my to do list in a “hustle” way, by knocking as much as I can do in the one hour. I can chat more about this coming up in another blog post, but I wanted to focus on the outfits!

To be the part of a girl boss, step one is the attitude and the mindset, step two is the OOTD, the outfit of the day! This outfit I have on in the photos is from Torrid. This tweed set truly turned heads at a conference I wore this outfit to! Everyone said I looked like a boss and loved the fit!

TIP #1: Blazers Are A Girl Boss’ Best Friend

I know that when I put on a blazer, I feel like I am put together and can conquer anything I set my mind on! It’s the essential to any outfit, make it from a casual outfit, to a business casual outfit. Right now, all that’s left online at Torrid are the pants, but you can STILL shop them if you click here!

TIP #2: Matching Sets Are A Power Move

A Matching Set? Add it to the cart! This fit from torrid was immediately added to the cart because I knew I could wear it multiple times and style anyway! They even had a matching skort. (You know I grabbed it!) When finding a matching set, think of all the places you can wear it to and make the investment in yourself! Meetings, events, conferences, zoom calls – a matching set is the ingredients for a girl boss OOTD!

TIP #3: Confidence In Yourself

A while ago I heard ‘the best thing you can wear is confidence’ and that is 100% TRUE! The outfits are always fun, but it starts with confidence in yourself! Confidence in yourself is the BEST thing you can have when being a girl boss and just in general! Having the positive outlook and confidence in yourself to make your goals and dreams happen is essential for the wardrobe of a girl boss! Let’s not forget the reason we are girl bossing. We have dreams, goals and aspirations!
