How To Slay – National Body Confidence

Happy National Body Confidence Day!

In honor of National Body Confidence day, I wanted to give you a few tips that I live by when I am wanting to feel confident and “slay the day”.

Treat Yourself!

As a person who is always on the go, it is easy to loose momentum and strength. I will plan set days to treat myself. This may consist of going to Starbucks to get work done, go to an ice cream shop, get my nails done, or go shopping. I know I work hard and I deserve to treat myself and reward myself every now and then for working hard and being my best self.

When you look good, you feel good.

When I’m feeling confident, I choose outfits and wear makeup that will make me feel feel and look good. I not only let my inner beauty shine, but let people know that I am feeling confident. I always say if you look good, you feel good. If you look good or dress up, it is proven that if you make an effort in your outfit, you will feel so much better!

Confidence Tip: The best thing you can wear is confidence!

Stand Tall and Be Strong

Another way to slay your day is to just be confident and proud of who you are. Be happy and confident that you know who you are and own it. Own the person you are because their is no one else like you. You are the shining star and no one can take that away from you!

Be a Girl Boss

As Walt Disney has said, “whatever you do, do it well.” I live by this quote. This quote inspires me to be a girl boss and take on anything. I am always creating goals for a new and better tomorrow. With every goal, it makes me feel empowered to continue to strive for the best and reach my dreams. This one of my favorite ways to slay!

Today is such a great day to celebrate being comfortable in your own body. It is important that you love yourself and know that you are beautiful! A reminder that we don’t need to change who we are or how we look to be amazing. We are all amazing and beautiful inside and out – just make sure to slay everyday and do not let anyone bring you down!

I hope this gave you inspiration for your day today!

I am also, officially 22! A birthday OOTD will be out soon!

As always,

Thank you for reading!
