Happy Fall Y’all!
I am finally bringing out the fall content! I am so excited to share with you guys what fun things I’ve been wearing recently. We are bringing fall vibes into some outfits while the weather in Florida continues to be in the 90’s.
Pops of Color
In Florida, we are experiencing a lack of fall, but that is okay! Fall is in my heart! So with the combination of still wearing summer clothes and the desire for fall, I found this pretty blue and white polka dot dress from Charlotte Russe.
Floppy Hats
Floppy hats are a fall favorite for me. I love incorporating it into different styles that I normally would do. Such as this green floppy hat with my orange sweater and my bright blue dress. This isn’t a combination I typically do, but I am loving the colors – cool and warm tones work! My green floppy hat is from Cracker Barrel, one of my favorite places to shop for the holidays! Cozy Sweater
This is the time of year that I love adding the pops of orange to my outfits. I love this soft orange sweater from Torrid! This sweater is from last season, but here is a sweater similar to this one from Torrid that feels exactly the same!
Plum Dresses and Green Vests
Plum and burgundy colors are great for the fall season. This dress from Torrid is perfect for a fun fall day at a park or the pumpkin patch! It is a super breezy dress and fun to just spin around in! If you are still holding on to summer, this dress is the best combination of fall and summer with the florals. I love transitioning my florals into darker backgrounds such as the mustard yellows and plum, burgundy colors; that is what will really change your wardrobe from being summer to fall.
A green vest is a great addition to a summery dress for fall – bringing more neutrals into a busy pattern. I styled the dress with my green vest from Bealls. This vest is my favorite go-to statement piece to add any fall vibes. I added my brown booties from Charlotte Russe that are great with any outfit!
Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice
I am all about the go-to comfy looks for fall! Fall is about being cozy and enjoying the cooler weather, but in Florida, it’s the complete opposite. In reality, I am wearing dresses and sandals, but this look gives me all the fall feels as I’m sipping on a Pumpkin Spice Latte! My Pumpkin Spice Latte Shirt from Torrid is my favorite shirt of the year – hands down. I LOVE this top, it’s super comfortable, a classic v-neck tee and it’s so soft. Since I am a pumpkin spice lover, I couldn’t help but purchase this top! It was an unexpected purchase I made in Torrid last month, but it is completely necessary. This shirt would look good if you had an overall dress or even with white shorts like I did!
If you are in colder weather, adding a pop of “pumpkin” or orange, would really “spice” up the look! I added my orange sweater from the first look to give my outfit more fall vibes!
