My Must-Do Fall Activities | All The Fall Things!

Fall is in the air! October is the time of year to do all the fall thing!

I am super excited to share with you guys my list of everything fall! These are activities that I do all throughout October that get my in the fall spirit! These activities bring me so much happiness! Every year around this time, I find myself painting pictures, baking more, drinking all the pumpkin lattes I can.

Baking Cookies

This is classic staple for me to do every year. The minute I see these Pillsbury cookies in Target, I know it’s about to be a good time! This cookies remind me of my childhood! They make me what to curl up with a cozy blanket and watch Nightmare Before Christmas on repeat – cannot forget the milk!

Pumpkin Patches

This is the number one thing to get me in the spirit! I love going to pumpkin patches whether that is going to a farm or just my local pumpkin stand, I love going anywhere where there are pumpkins. My favorite thing is seeing all the pumpkins on the palettes, near the hay, and all grouped together!

Painting Fall Pictures

I have always loved being creative and painting. It is something that relaxes me and puts me in such a good mood! I’m so proud of my work when it’s completed even though it looks nothing like the original sometimes! I’ve been recently booking so many trips to Pinot’s Palette in Brandon, FL. They are amazing and have the best pictures for fall! The picture above I was painting a truck filled with pumpkins. I totally recommend finding your local paint and sip place in your area and book a session! It is so much fun with friends or without!

Drinking Pumpkin Spice Lattes

This is my go to drink during the season! I have been obsessed for years and look forward to drinking this drink at Starbucks with a slice of pumpkin loaf! The ultimate pumpkin combination!

Go To a Fresh Market

This is something I’ve recently been recently wanting to go to. Last year, I went to a farmer’s market to visit a 900 pound pumpkin. It as amazing, but I loved the food section of the market too! I loved seeing a the fresh produce and the homemade items! I cannot wait to go back this fall.

Listen To Red By Taylor Swift

My favorite thing to jam out to all fall long is Taylor Swift Red album. I have always associated this album with fall because it’s a very soothing listen and emotional heart felt song. My favorite songs on the album is All To Well and Holy Ground. Those songs are constantly on repeat because they remind me so much of fall. “Autumn leaves falling down like pieces into place” – come on! How is it not fall?!

Go To a Local Craft Show

If you saw in my last blog, I went to a craft show for fall! Check your local community to see if there are any craft shows. They will not disappoint! They are so much fun to go to with your family and help support local and small businesses!

Go To Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom this time of year is filled with Mickey Pumpkins. The Mickey Pumpkins are so cute during the fall season. They are all over Main Street USA bringing so many people happiness. I love seeing these every year because the Mickey looks so happy!

Go To Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party

This weekend I will be going to MNSSHP! I am super excited and cannot wait to see the Boo To You Parade and the new fireworks! I have never been to the party. I’ve heard there are a lot of candy treat opportunities and I’ve seen so many videos of special themed foods and treats. I am most excited for the the Mickey Pumpkin popcorn bucket. That is going to be the perfect addition to my popcorn bucket collection!

Watch Hocus Pocus and Nightmare Before Christmas

My goal was to fall asleep to Nightmare Before Christmas everyday this October. I am in love with Nightmare Before Christmas! It took me a while to get into it, but I am obsessed! My favorite scene is “What’s This?”. Here’s the debate – is it a Christmas or Halloween movie? Which do you think?

Light All The Candles!

I have been buying pumpkin scented candles all season. Get yourself some candles and you will start feeling like it’s fall!

Carving Pumpkins

After heading to the pumpkin patch, you have to get your pumpkins ready to carve! Grab all the tool kits you need, find the inspiration on Pinterest and start craving! It’s so much fun to do this with your friends and family. Make a contest out of it and the winner gets to be crowned the Pumpkin King or Queen! Don’t forget to bake those seeds! They are the best snack on halloween!

Go To A Bookstore or A Cafe

This is one of my favorite fall activities because I love pumpkin lattes and reading a good book. Find a book that makes you want to curl up, grab a blanket and a coffee!

I’ve been craving reading more often as of lately and I wanted to to check out some spooky poems and stories from Edgar Allen Poe! Fun Fact – the poem “Lenore” is where my middle name comes from! I have always loved the stories and poems of EAP since I was little, so it was fun getting the chance to read a little in my local Barnes and Noble.

Are you starting your fall activities bucket list? I hope you are starting one now! I love doing the little things that make me feel happy and help me enjoy the season when Florida doesn’t want to cooperate weather wise.
