Happy Weekend Spring Babes!
I am so happy that it is spring, but with everything going on in the world, I wanted to give you all happy content! I recently have been OBSESSED with Torrid’s clothing items for spring. They really are SLAYING the fashion industry with new pieces that I am excited to see! I guarantee you that these are going to be the most versatile pieces in your closet for not only spring, but the summer too!
I was inspired by their list of spring essentials, so here is my list of top 10 things you need in your wardrobe for spring (all from torrid)! It’s a one stop shop, girl!
1. Swimsuit
If you are a Florida girl like me or near any body of water, your go to spring outfit has to be a swimsuit. Within the past couple of years, I’ve noticed Torrid has stepped up the swimsuit game! This cheetah swimsuit is going in my cart for sure! QUALITY AND CUTENESS!
2. Button Down Sun Dress
I love a cute and flowy sun dress. Pink pastel Sun dresses and light blue dresses are a perfect staple piece because you can dress it up or down! Grab a denim jacket and a fun hair tie and you have a simple outfit that took no time. You can change up how you want it to look in so many different ways!
3. Maxi Dresses
Maxi dresses are honestly my favorite! I love a classic white dress and this maxi is perfect for the spring! If you are wanting a versatile piece to wear at any time of the year – this is the go to. I am living for this pink and green tropical style maxi dress. It’s so cute and perfect for that spring look you’ll want to rock!
4. Spring Style Jumpsuits
Jumpsuits are my new favorite way to get dressed super fast while looking and feeling immediately put together! I love the dusty pink striped jumpsuit and The Little Mermaid Her Universe inspired jumpsuit. These both scream spring time to me!
5. Overalls

6. Graphic Tees
Cropped tees and graphic tees – all the tees! I have grown to start liking this style when paired with a skirt or fun flowy shorts. I picked out a few of my favorites above! Pink Floyd – classic. These are great to style with a denim jacket too!
7. Midi Skirts
I am OBSESSED with midi skirts. I am pretty short, but these skirts fit me kind of like a mini maxi dress. I recently got the white and grey striped skirt! It is made of linen material and super soft. The white eyelet skirt is also perfect for any spring or summer look! Add a boater hat and it’ll look so cute together!
8. Boaters Hat
My go to hat right now is a boater hat! This hat was my favorite thing to wear while I was in New Orleans! It’s classic and totally adds to any look with a fun sundress! I cannot wait to wear this torrid boater hat everywhere with everything.
9. Platform Sandals
These shoes are a serious must have for the spring! The platform gives you just the perfect amount of height! I love the cork sides on the black platforms. The straw material on the edges of the middle shoes are exactly what I want to rock during the spring. I need one in every single color! Especially the leopard ones!
10. Must Have Spring Accessories
Okay, you have to complete your fashionista look with cute hair ties and retro shades! I found the leopard scrunchies and floral ones to be my favorites! Aqua blue sunnies with a cute button down dress are the perfect day look at the boardwalk!
Bonus. All Time Favorite Year-Round Staple Piece – Denim Jacket
A denim jacket is just an all around perfect essential to any season. No matter if it’s hot or cold, you can throw it on for the ultimate coziness and comfort! I’ve been adding a denim jacket to most of my outfits lately and I love it!
