My Hair Care Routine | What I Use To Repair My Hair

Happy Saturday Friends!

I have recently been noticing a difference in my hair that it is a little more fuller and healthier! I have been doing a few different things to strengthen my hair over the past couple of months I wanted to share all the products I have been loving and that have helped me gain my healthy hair back!

Eating Avocados

I have been obsessed with eating avocados since January. I have avocado toast 4-5 times a weeks and randomly start eating them with a bunch of everything but the bagel seasoning from Trader Joes. Avocado has Vitamin B which helps with the growth of hair! This has helped me, just by eating something I love! My hair has grown a tremendous amount within the past 3 months.

My hair tends to be super dry and always craves moisturizing products only. All the products I use have helped me gain more moisture in my hair to bring it back to life! The products I’m showing are in the order of which I use them!

Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo & Conditioner

I have been using Paul Mitchell products since I was in middle school; the products have always been great with my hair, but it wasn’t until I switched to their Tea Tree line. I have been using Paul Mitchell Tea Tree moisturizing shampoo and conditioner since December of last year and I’ve seen a massive difference.

Biolage Hydrosource Moisturizing Hair Mask

In January I started to use a hair mask for dry hair by the brand Biolage. Exactly what I needed! I have been using twice a week and I have been obsessed with it! This is what has repaired my dry hair.

What I Use To Style

When I detangle my hair, I use a wet brush to make sure that it soaks up a majority of the moisture. I get mine from Ulta! If you do not have this brush, I highly recommend it if your hair tangles super easily. It’s gentle and flexible!

It’s a 10 Leave In Conditioner

This leave in conditioner is the best in the game! It’s a heat protectant, fights frizz, and helps hydrate. I use this every time before I brush the wet hair out. I always see the best results when applying this to damp hair. I have been using this for years! I love applying this before I curl my hair as well! Also, it smells amazing!

Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum

This product was recommended to me by the salon I went to for my University of Tampa graduation hair appointment. It’s perfect for your ends – especially if they are dry like mine. I have been using this any time I want to add extra moisture to my hair – whenever it’s really needed. I love adding this only to my ends and any fly away hairs. This adds shine to my hair, which I love so much! With this product, a little bit goes a long way!

With this product combination, I’ve been able to repair my hair to a healthy state. It’s grown so much within the past couple of months from just adding a few more steps into my routine. There is still a long jounrye to go with my hair care repairing, but for the most part, I have been noticing a bigger different with using products that are made for dry hair.

I hope this inspired you to take a little bit of extra love to your hair! This was a big goal of mine for 2020, so we’ll see in December how healthy it gets! Maybe a haircut? Who knows!

See you in tomorrow’s blog!
