5 Motivation Tips for a Girl Boss or Future Entrepreneur | Time To Get It Together, Girl Bosses!

This past week I have had some bumps in the road. I’ve been a little lazy in posting a little less, but only because I am in the process of gaining motivation back! It’s okay to lose confidence and doubt. These tips have helped me recently gain my confidence back.

Passion Is The Best Motivator

Realize why you are doing what your doing. I sometimes reflect back on how I got to this point, which is no where near the successful I can be, but I am happy I had this journey to look back on. My passion is to inspire and empower plus size women! If you want to hear more about my story, you can click here to read my blog-a-versary post where I go into detail about my story!

Commitment To Your Goals

How can you stay committed to your goals? Remind yourself daily of them! If you are working towards owning your own company as the CEO or starting a YouTube Channel, you want to commit yourself for the long road ahead of you. It wasn’t until this month of April 2020 where I noticed a steep incline of visitors on my blog. Hard work can pay off if you are willing to commit yourself to the job. If you really want it – work for it!

Prioritizing Is Key

Your time is the most valuable so prioritizing your time, energy and mindset on your goals is important. Making a list of steps you have to take in order to get to that goal can help you stay focused and help organize all your thoughts! I have one big note on my computer of all ideas and steps I need to make in order to get to where I want to go. For example: Research a SWOT for an Event Planning Company for my business plan. Simple and small steps that can make prioritizing manageable.

Daily Tasks Make Things Easier

One step at a time, girl! Make a list of all the things you need to get done today daily. 3-5 things . Try doing the most difficult thing on your to do list first! This has always helped me. Once you’ve completed the most difficult task, then everything else will be an easier task! Handle that list and slay the game, girl!

No If’s – “I Will”

I find myself always catching myself when I say “if I become an event planner”…there is no “if I become”; it will happen! It may be timing right now, but it’s not time yet and I know that. The take away is you should never say “if” and you should manifest it into your life! “I will be an event planner” or “When I am an event planner” or “when I am a CEO” – this is all possible if you put your mind to it.

I hope you use these tips when you lose sight of motivation! I will be using these tips the rest of quarantine!

I also wanted to thank you for reading my blogs and reading all month long! This has been one of the best blogging months I’ve ever had since I started this website. I cannot thank you all enough! It means the world that you took time out of your day to read and support!

Until tomorrow’s blog!

Lots of love,
