Monster Mash Eats | Halloween Party Snacks & Treats

Happy Wednesday! Halloween is just in a few days! I wanted to share with you all some fun food options for a Halloween party! I tried these out this past weekend and I had a blast making everything! Keep reading for a line up of fun Monster, Pumpkin and Mummy snacks!

Jack-O-Lantern Stuffed Bell Peppers

Here’s what you’ll need:
Orange Bell Peppers w/ Green Stems
Mac & Cheese Kraft Deluxe
Optional Jalapeños and Panko Bread Crumbs for Toppings

Start off by cutting the tops of the orange bell peppers off. These will act is the tops of your pumpkin. Cut out the center. Figure out the front side of your “pumpkin” and carve out a Jack-O-Lantern face on the bell pepper.

Follow the directions on the Kraft Deluxe Mac & Cheese box. Once complete, add in jalapenos and panko bread crumbs for a kick and a crunch! Stuff the carve bell peppers and top with the their tops! You can bake these, but I chose to not bake them because they would loose their shape.

This was super fun to carve out the face in the pepper! Make it a challenge and get the whole family to carve one!

Mini Mummy Pizzas

Here’s what you’ll need:
Pizza Dough (Mine was pre-made from Publix)
Ragu Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Black Olives (sliced)

Rollout the pizza dough add flour to the dough, surface and rolling pin. Take a biscuit cutter or a cup to measure out the small circles for the mini pizzas. Flatten and roll them out to have a thinner crust.

Cut the mozzarella cheese into thin slices and cut into long strips. These strips will act as the mummy’s wrap.

Add all the mini dough circles to the pan. Add the red tomato sauce with a spoon to the mini pizza dough. Spread it out on the dough. Add the thin strips of cheese to the pizza. With the cheese, you want to make sure you do criss cross style and leave room for the olives at the top.

Add two black olives for the mummy eyes on all your pizzas. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Mine look super burnt because I cooked them for too long. I cooked them originally for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

This is super cute if you are going to have tons of different snacks! This one will for sure be a hit!

Mummy Dogs

Here’s what you’ll need:
Ball Park Hot Dogs (or any kind of hot dog)
Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Googly Eyes (edible preferably, but I didn’t have those at the time of making this)

Take the crescent roll and cut into long strips. Once you have your long strips, you will need to wrap the hot dogs with the long strips. Once you have all the hot dogs wrapped, place in the oven at 350 degrees for 12-16 minutes.

Once the mummy dogs are done, let them cool for 10 minutes. Add the googly eyes or the edible eyes. I only have googly eyes, but I removed them before anyone ate. This is super easy and quick and are just like pigs in a blanket! This is one of my favorite party treats!

Witches Brew: Here’s a super quick mix to create your Witches Brew from home – Cran-Apple and Captain Morgan! I mixed both together and added blue food dye for this dark, spooky and mysterious drink! It’s super yummy with a kick!

I hope y’all enjoyed this blog! This was super fun to create! More blogs like this will be coming for the holidays! What snack are you going to try out on Halloween?

I’ll see you all tomorrow for Chey-O-Ween Day 29!
