When I think pastels, I think pretty purples pinks and light blues! I wanted to create an outfit the tied in all of my favorite colors that are pastels until one look.
I styled a Old Navy purple dress for the base of my look. This dress I’ve had for years and absolutely love how it’s the perfect Flowey dress. It’s a Cami dress but the way I styled it you can’t see it.
Going along with another Old Navy item, A Styled the Dress as a skirt and paired a striped top with the dress. The striped top reminds me of sprinkles and of course I had to post right in front of an ice cream shop because it reminded me of sprinkles.
It’s a type of super flowy Oversized I wanted to tie a knot at the bottom of the top so it acted as a separate piece from the dress. The top is made of linen which is super cute for the spring and summer. It was light weight and perfect for the hot weather.
Since I wanted to bring out more pastels from the shirt I style want a pink fedora hat with the outfit. This hat is from forever 21 and is my absolute favorite hat I own.
Adding some cowboy boots to the look add another layer of my favorite colors of pastels. These are the boots that I had purchased for Nashville and of course I’m already styling outside of the trip.
I really love have fun it was to peace all of these items together that I normally may not pair but all work together because they’re in the same color realm.
