Happy Thursday!
I have 4 amazing ideas for you to do at Walt Disney World for the holidays! As a Disney Pass holder and Mickey Mouse enthusiast, I have found that going to Walt Disney World during the holidays can be the most magical time of the year. Christmas time always will be able to put you in the holiday spirit because the parks are decorated perfectly!
Disney Springs – Christmas Tree Lot
At Disney Springs there is a Disney themed Christmas tree lot that is perfect to get you in the spirit. Each tree is themed to a different Disney movie. There is Frozen, Cinderella, Peter Pan, The Jungle Book, and many more! This is something that you need to see! I know I will be going back soon!
Above is my OOTD that I wore to Disney Springs the same night I saw the trees for the ‘first time in forever”! Check out my outfit HERE!
Disney Springs is free and does not require park admission. They also have free parking as well – take the family for an amazing trip! Also, at Disney Springs, you are able to meet Santa and get all of your Christmas shopping done in one stop shop!
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party – Magic Kingdom
This is one of the most magical times you will ever have! The Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a ticketed event and will cost about $89.00 per ticket before taxes. This is a great event if you like parades and fireworks! They always have special treats and merchandise that you can only get during the party. Make sure you get a ticket this holiday season to purchase special items to get you into the holiday spirit.
Grand Floridan – Life Size Gingerbread House
This is one of the prettiest things to see on Disney property this Christmas. This is a life size gingerbread house that is real and edible! Unfortunately, you cannot eat the gingerbread, but you can take pictures of it! It’s always amazing to look at how the cast members have put this amazing masterpiece together.
If this gingerbread house doesn’t make you want to bake cookies, I don’t know what will! This is also another thing that is free to go to and does not require admissions , but you will have to pay for parking.

Candlelight Processional – EPCOT
EPCOT is another amazing place during the holiday season. This event that takes place on select nights is Disney’s Candlelight Processional. This is a holiday sing along event with a professional choir that is narrated by famous influencers either with a background of working with Disney or ABC. For example, Neil Patrick Harris and Whoopi are to name a few. This is not a ticketed event, but it does require admissions to EPCOT. This is a total Christmas cheer – making spirit bright event. This is a must if you are willing to purchase a ticket!
I hope these ideas helped you plan your holiday season with Walt Disney World! I have and will be doing every single one of these things on this list!
