Happy Monday!
All last week I was totally not productive. I kept wanting to blog or film, but it just didn’t ever happen. I completely lost all motivation and didn’t really know where to begin. I wanted to share how I got out of it and gained my girl boss motivation back. I hope this helps you gain motivation for your Monday!
Take Time For Yourself

YES! This is part of being productive. I had to take a moment just to focus on me. Whether that’s taking a nap, playing Animal Crossing or reading a book – taking time for myself was the only way I could get out of the mindset of being unproductive. I just posted a blog where I went through all the summer activities I’ve been doing, click here to check it out. Those are just a few of the things I did last week to help me regain productivity!
Creating A Schedule That Works For Me
Honestly, this is something that I have always struggle with. I sometimes overload my schedule to reflect the things I want to do versus what I can do. I have to learn that I cannot do everything in one day. I’m starting to create a schedule that is better for me and a lot more organized using this planner.
Putting My Thoughts & Ideas On Paper

I find myself always thinking about something. From a new blog idea, what bill I have to pay or Poshmark pile I have to take photos of – my brain is always on the go. There is honestly no stopping it because that is part of who I am! I always am on to the next project or thinking of the next thing to do. I recently was on project idea overload – meaning I never was writing it down. It honestly was a problem because all the ideas were in my head and all unorganized. I started writing down on paper my ideas and finally I was starting to see less unproductively and more clarity! I highly suggest writing down your thoughts, whether it’s ideas or just your random thoughts.
To Do Lists
I talk about to do lists a lot. They are not for everyone, but I swear when I have one, I feel more accomplished. I love planning ahead so this helps me a lot when I want to take some chill time for myself. When I want to forget about everything, I truly can when I have an organize list of things that I know I’ll have to do. The most important thing is to have a notebook near me wherever I go, or I write down tasks in my notes app on my phone. Either way, I will always have a running list of things I need to do today and a to do list in general with no deadline.
I hope this blog has inspired you to be productive this week and add a few new routines to your plans!
See you tomorrow from Blogmas In July Day 3!
Lots of love,
Cheyenne Lenore
