Happy Friday!
Since we are going into the weekend, what better way to celebrate weekend than with a baked treat! I asked you on Instagram what blog you wanted to see and this one won! I wanted to make a sweet treat that is super easy and can be recreated within minutes! I had all the ingredients in my fridge and pantry!

Here’s what you’ll need:
Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Pecans (chopped)
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Allspice
1/2 stick of melted butter
Granny Smith Apples (sliced)
Light or dark brown sugar
This is such an easy recipe! You can do it within just a few minutes! Slice the apples into small slices. Roll out the crescent rolls onto a baking sheet. It’s optional to line with parchment paper, but I did it! Take your butter and melt it in the microwave. Take a toothpick or a fork and coat the apple slices in butter.
Next, you are going to take your brown sugar (light or dark, I used dark) and add nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon. I completely eyeballed the entire thing! I used less allspice because it is stronger. Basically, you want apple pie spice. Apple pie spice consists of nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice. Once you have your sugar and spice mixture, chop your pecans if they are whole. If they are already chopped, then you skip this step!

Time to assemble! This was the fun part! Take the sugar and spice mixture and sprinkle a generous amount on each triangle.

Add your chopped pecans on top!

Lastly, add your apple slices at the bottom of the triangle. Once you have them all together, it’s time to keep roll them into bites! Roll it just like a crescent roll!
Sprinkle the rest of sugar and spice mixture on to the tops of the crescent rolls and bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 14 minutes.

Let the apple bites cool for about 10 minutes. Put on a pretty platter and serve! These would be amazing with Apple Butter from Cracker Barrel!
